An award winning tax strategist, Dustin Rhett Kearl has been involved in business from a young age. A graduate of Western Governors University’s Masters of Accountancy program and Weber State University’s Bachelors program, he is well-versed in tax law. Dustin began his career in public accounting, moving into the private sector to the role of CFO with Setpoint Systems Inc. and worked closely with Tesla and other big technology companies. He also obtained his Utah Contractors License and works with high-net-worth individuals.

With all of his experience with mergers and acquisitions, Dustin made a name for himself in nearly every industry type. He has vitally helped start-ups to multi-billion dollar businesses focus and turn a profit.

Mr. Kearl is supported by his wife, Fabia, and five children. He continues to build his portfolio of companies which is well over thirty, and works closely to balance home and work through delegation and efficiency. Dustin served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and is highly active in building others and helping them succeed. He builds those around him through business opportunities and many other ways. 

Brian Sommers finished all his schooling in half the time. A graduate of Brigham Young University Idaho's Bachelors of Accountancy program. Brian's deep knowledge and understanding of accounting principles, including GAAP and SAAS, enable him to provide comprehensive and accurate financial advice to his clients. He is also highly proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, allowing him to develop effective strategies to optimize his clients' financial performance.

Brian's skills in audit and financial reporting have earned him a reputation for accuracy and attention to detail. He is well-versed in identifying potential risks and mitigating them to ensure that his clients' financial statements are reliable and transparent.

Mr. Sommers is supported by his wife, Breanna, and four children. He continues to build his portfolio of companies. Brian served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and empowers those around him by providing them with opportunities in the business world.
